Actually. That melody was originally meant for Glinda and Elphaba, but then later used for I'm Not That Girl. It even more hints for the homoerotic subtext between Glinda and Elphaba. I totally recommend watching "Wicked is Gay" by BannedFromTheaters for more on this melody. They explain it so much better than I did.

Henry Roberts and Linus are underrated characters from the Bobiverse books who I ship A LOT.
The characters from the Limetown podcast Emile Haddock and Daniel Rassmuller as a ship is perfect. It helps the plot, making the story a lot more interesting. It also adds more layers to the two. And, besides, it’s kinda hinted at in cannon a few times
Fun fact: Glinda and Elphie do have a romantic relationship during their journey to meet the wizard uo until they part ways. They even kiss💚

This is one ship I'm not on board...Elphaba and Glinda might love each other, but they're toxic together. On the other hand Elphaba and Fiyero trust each other and learn from each other. The show HINTS that Glinda learned to be a better person at the end, but all Elphie learns from her in return is that beauty and popularity are as important as Glinda said they were.
Meanwhile Elphie taught Fiyero to care and to do what's right even if it means he'll lose as a result, and he taught her not to worry about things you can't control. They compliment each other.
The movie better fix the dang "looking at things another way" line though. "It's not lying. It's seeing you for who you truly are." MUCH BETTER LINE which echoes The Wizard and I
Glinda and Elphaba are not lesbians, Glinda has ADHD hints why she is bubbly and outgoing and full of energy while Elphaba is Socially Awkward but through time she learns how to get out of her shell and becomes a Independent Green Witch.
