It's a statement of how the creativity of a true musician doesn't end with the band they made a name for themselves in. The drive for them to continue to make music will likely always be there. Many former members of bands have had quite successful careers moving forward, yes. But I commented on the members and the lyrical nature of this song in particular. These are four guys who aren't in big bands anymore (and all of this occurred fairly recently), and the content of the song reflects that they're not going anywhere. Stupid reply.

Chris Fehn is talented, people were ignorant to say he didn’t contribute much to Slipknot. He’s a great drummer and better back vocalist and awesome percussionist.
Couldn’t be happier for Chris He’s such a talented guy and glad to hear him behind a real kit. He was always the better percussionist over Clown and now he showed he’s a better drummer too( ex. To My Surprise) So happy he’s doing this. The nicest guy of Slipknot and heartbreaking what happened. But I’ll buy a album if these guys keep going
