I am Dalmatian and I am glad to hear you have enjoyed in Split's restaurants... But foods shown here have a little with the genuine dalmatian cuisine from the past... Dalmatians use much more vegetables and fruits, much more healthier than the dishes shown here...

Lovely video! We would love a month in Split and to eat at some of those restaurants you show. We were there a year ago for five days and had a great time. I think we had Italian ice cream every day at a place between the waterfront and the palace. I love that you guys are spending a month at each location. That was our intent when we began, but we’re a bit older than you guys and are afraid of running out of months before we visit every place we want to see. 😂. By the way, do you know of the Facebook group Gowithless? They’re a group of like minded travelers mostly people doing what you guys and we are doing.

However, after seeing how beautiful Split is, we are definitely going to return to Croatia to visit other cities like Zadar. That country is just too beautiful not to return. Have you been to Zadar? Croatia is expensive as hell
Visiting Croatia can be done for much less than we spent. However, locals did mention that inflation has hit them pretty hard.
For gods sake please do not come to Norway. You will be gravely disappointed
