I love using the tiny Midori sticky notes for meetings. Then I can still timeblock to a certain degree (and I hardcode the day before too), but then I can shift them as they change throughout the week
Love that idea! Also, tiny sticky notes are just dang cute❤

I'm trying to figure out the same. Looks like it could be a Pilot Vanishing Point or a Majohn A1 (both retractable fountain pens).

Hi, sorry for the late response - if it's the light blue Sailor, it's an MF nib and if it's the retractable pen, it's my Pilot Decimo Vanishing Point F nib. At this point, I think the black ink was Pilot Iroshizuku black.
Hello! I just found your channel and subscribed. ❤ I would love if uou could explain how you separate your work and personal planners. Since you work from home, do you find yourself using both simultaneously throughout the day? Or do you have very set work hours where you are not mixing in personal with work? I've struggled with wanting to separate my work and personal (I work from home too) but then I feel like I am forgetting things or not using my hours wisely to get work and home stuff done.
Oh, this is a great topic, thanks for the request! This is really tough - I usually separate both, but I refer to my planners simultaneously throughout the day. I also use my Outlook Calendar for work, so it's a mix. I usually block off time in my work calendar to focus on "personal tasks" so I don't forget to refer to my personal planner. And sometimes, I'll put important work reminders in my personal planner! I'll try and think about this more and add it to the list of topics! :-)
What is the common planner you used ( with just weekly and daily space?)
This is the 2023 B6 full year, but it also has the other sections like yearly and monthly!

Wait… you’re using the ruler wrong 😅 Hold it with your left hand like you did, but you draw the line on the right side of the ruler not the left! I’ve never seen anyone use it the way you did, haha ❤
