Out of all the dota 2 guides I watch from UA-cam, its safe to say that yours is the one that really help me a lot in my games. Your Rhasta guide is most helpful of all and after implementing what you said, along with the other advices you give, proud to say I finally got a 5 game winstreak out of the 6 games I played today. Love the videos and hope to see more in the future! 😊
Might be showing my age here, but back in the day I played Heroes of Newerth and one of my favourite heroes to use was Pollywog Priest, more or less a 1:1 clone of SS with an amphibian aesthetic. Now I’ve started getting into DOTA 2 and discovered an extremely affordable frog-themed skin for SS, I can relive those froggy golden days all over again, and this video gives me all the knowledge I need to once more become a moist powerhouse of supporting excellence.
lvl 30 shaman here, totally agree with everything you say in this video! I never used to think maxing shackles first was good because of how dangerous it can be, but since the healing was introduced it makes it so much more viable, although i do think it needs to be used very strategically as it is so easy to cancel. great work man! :)
SS feels pretty similair to Warlock in a way. They're both scaling supports with a shard that lets them shove waves and a super higher threat ultimate that threatens objectives. But where SS absolutely wrecks buildings and stuns enemies warlock is a super high damage threat in teamfights and heals allies.
Hey Z. I really enjoyed this video and I have been tuning into the streams and those are awesome to watch! It is nice to get these quick spotlights on how to play these support heroes, especially after an update. A quick question, when trying to coordinate with my team, what carries go well with Shadow Shaman? I want to play more Shaman, but don't want to pick him with heroes that don't go well and then blame the Shaman pick. Thanks again for the video!
Anyone who can do a lot of damage during a shackle is great. Playing at a faster tempo is also great. Ursa, MK, Jugg, BS, CK, Slardar, and Viper are some that come to mind!
Thankssssss I was looking forward to this vid! For the big items, between aghs or refresher, which of the 2 would take the edge in games where money is scarce? And also, is glimmer an option over bkb for increased survivability in said games?
I think Refresher Shard is a bit more powerful so I like to get that one first. Glimmer is a fine item, classic support item. It won't stop you from getting your channel canceled though, so consider how important it is for you to lock down a certain hero vs the save of Glimmer. 5 SS is more likely to get glimmer
@@ZQuixotix yeah I tested it quick but I forgot you need a ward to go along with it. Got rosh to a 3rd health. I can imagine Lvl 12 you can do it without the ward

When's the earliest in levels and items you'd advise taking rosh solo as Shaman
lvl 4 satanic rush
I tested a Rosh at level 6 around 13 minutes. You can solo then, so really as soon as you get your ult it's possible

Pls do Natures Prophet support
don't have time to watch it yet, but comment and thumbs up for the algo : )
