40 minutes in, I've gotten about 5 minutes of ACTUAL useful information plucked from 30 minutes of name dropping, self-aggrandizement, and hearing about the celebrities who live in his building.
    Set a wealth goal
    Protect your assets
    Diversify your investments
    Focus on real estate
Curate your acquaintances from amongst the rich and successful
Focus on net and not gross
    And, most importantly
Move into an exclusive building so you too can name drop to inflate your own feeling of success.

Magical words "I don't invest in what I cannot understand ".
Does either Toby or Tom do this kind of work for futures trading versus real estate? Futures unlike stocks/bonds/options do get specialized tax treatment. My challenge is how to put this inside a corporate structure, even if it is a non-profit.

Not on topic, but might be relevant for a future video. With the lack of charging order protection in Florida for single member LLCs, could the operating agreement be used to structure any kind of foreclosure proceedings in a manner which would ensure the property isn't undervalued by people basically trying to stick a knife in you?

Ref 32:00 - Well, I don't know about "most people", but for me, personally, I am *intimidated* ... like, "Why would Jeff Besos want to talk to me? I mean genuinely wants to talk to me other than the superficial casual niceties?"
In typing this comment, I suddenly realize something more into my own limitations ...........
Anyway, I think many people probably share my psychological state here, and we have to work through this one first.

no offense but you need to clarify this is for complete beginners or idiots or something it was painful to watch i kept trying to fast forward to get to the info to see/compare against what rich do (like buffet, gates, musk, bezos) and it was just like one of those seminars where joe average comes in and stares at a powerpoint presentation waiting for the end to for the hard sell something... i absolutely love listening to toby and he is a gold mine of information but just basic basic info here...

Good, but seriously long winded. Minor quibble: Some the best wealth creating assets in the world are non dividend paying stocks like Berkshire and Amazon. Startups do not pay divedends either. Wonder how Tom reconciles that? The base rate on startup success is not that great.

    How to become wealthy.....
    1. Pay my house off
    2. Use the equity in my house
for investments. So don't pay off house
    3. Invest in all things that make tons of money and nothing that loses money. That simple

Guys, love the channel and am subscribed. But Tom, dude, 11 mins for you to even start to begin. Get to the point of the video. Not interested in who you know or your puppy. Ok, 12 mins now and still waiting for you to actually answer the "how". Finally, 19 mins in you actually get to some content that matches the title Tom. Ok, Toby. Still love and follow you religiously, but clicking away now. Tom, get to the damn point and stay on content. Travel the path of your "talk" in an abcd pattern. See ya on the next one.
