Set a wealth goal Protect your assets Diversify your investments Focus on real estate Curate your acquaintances from amongst the rich and successful Focus on net and not gross And, most importantly Move into an exclusive building so you too can name drop to inflate your own feeling of success.
Magical words "I don't invest in what I cannot understand ". Does either Toby or Tom do this kind of work for futures trading versus real estate? Futures unlike stocks/bonds/options do get specialized tax treatment. My challenge is how to put this inside a corporate structure, even if it is a non-profit.

With the lack of charging order protection in Florida for single member LLCs, could the operating agreement be used to structure any kind of foreclosure proceedings in a manner which would ensure the property isn't undervalued by people basically trying to stick a knife in you?
