Doctor, Doctor, Day 3: Night of the Dead E4, S2

I wake up in a strange room. I find out I was involved in a human experiment and trapped in a city covered with zombies. I must build a base and traps to survive nightly zombie waves. Will I be able to find the mutant substance and escape the island?
In this episode I go head to the hospital to try to find the Mutated Substance. I show off changes at my base and get in to some fights.
