Ingredients for Tomato Pickle:
Tomato - 1 1/4 kg
Tamarind pulp - 100 g
Salt - 110 g
Oil - 100 ml
Mustard Seeds - 1.5 Tbsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 Tbsp
Chilly Powder - 110 to 120 g
For Seasoning:
Oil - 300 ml
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Crushed Garlic - 2 Tbsp
Blackgram - 1 Tbsp
Bengalgram - 1 Tbsp
Red Chillies - 6 to 8
Curry Leaves - few

Mam tried your tomato pickle, taste was ultimate, one small tip mam add chilli powder while grinding the tomatoes in the mixie, it is safe and mixing is also easier mam.... Adipoli taste mam super super super super....

The way I used to do this tomato pickle: Tomatoes nala mixie la fine paste ah arachitu keep aside. Aprm kadai la oil, mustard, curry leaves, tomato puree, let it cook until the raw smell goes away. Now add red chilli powder according to your taste. Leave for 5 mins but mix occasionally. Then finally add (fenugreek + mustard) powder. Everything will combine together as a thick paste. Thats all enjoy🎉
