Man! Honestly, I'm very fascinated by all your amazingly built Tesla Coils. I can sit all day in front of my PC watching all your videos without getting bored. You are amazingly talented & very very good and you have great knowledge in those builds. That came out really good! Extra push pull stages might not even be necessary but it seems about the best way to get 18v gate drive on a 1:1 GDT. You could use the same general layout + a few trace changes to switch each gate driver for dual driver chips to make the board drive two separate GDTs in full bridge setup like the UD drivers. I think this is about the perfect setup to drive smallish coils from good mosfets or 247 IGBTs. OCD not super necessary and neither is phase lead til getting into bigger slower IGBTs and higher power.

hi friends..why when I measure (old analog oscilloscope) the gate and source pins even my igbt explodes?. I have a few questions. 1. Does your oscilloscope use a power supply voltage oscillating transformer? 2. why do you use resistor why not use gdt when testing?. 3. where is the measuring probe so I can find out the waveform of the gate? cross or not?

tatsächlich muss man das nicht, es kommt darauf an, was für Entladungen man haben will. Schau dir mal diesbezüglich zum Beispiel den Staccato controller an ;)
