We had a 530 gas triple range. It was fast on the road. I almost rolled it when I had the baler and empty hay wagon hooked on. The hitch on the tractor was not bolted down and was allowed to slide from one bolt to the other. I drove very slowly home then fixed that problem. When the drawbar on the tractor went from side to side, even those couple inches, it created a “whipping effect”. Please check your drawbar so it doesn’t move.
We had a few triple range tractors around growing up. My uncles and cousins all drove one during a tractor drive one summer. My cousin, who only drove JD and IH tractors, says "I get the 430? How am I gonna keep up?" Little did he know he had the fastest tractor there that day. That 430 utility was nice and low to the ground and would HAUL.
may I ask how much did you buy yours for? I just bought a house and the previous owner left one Case Tractor in the barn and I didn’t know what this tractor was. I put it up for sale on facebook and within 2 hours I got more then 125 messages and someone said you better keep that sucker it is a gem 😮so I took it off😂 I guess I must have some collector stuff
I have a 541c h LP power steering spinning out rear Wheels casematic high and low plus two speed thanks for sharing
You're welcome

Wow that's crazy do you still have it?
No, my uncle is not farming anymore, passed away, and he had no one to take over the farm, so he sold everything.
Sorry to hear that. Where are you guys from?
Wisconsin, near Lake Michigan.
Gotcha central IL here.
