Thanks for actually highlighting the differences between shaw/ferro/spiritus, instead of just saying "yeah it's good, it stretches and holds mags". The bit about it being sewn in a way that helps with re-indexing was really good to know and it's not something you can tell from pictures on a website.

Also, the raid pouch stays on during sex. Post-marital of course

Who let Kroger brand Garand Thumb start a youtube channel? Haha jokes aside, you got a sub from me, hope your channel really kicks off my guy. Go get that BDU sponsorship. 😘

Shnewsky I already got that membership, now I’ve gotta snag that sponsorship 😏 and thanks homie. But to answer your question, your mom let me make this channel, AND she gave me your share of the chicken nuggets

You should review that dry fire target that pops up at 02:10. (Bottom left corner)

Ferro is $58 and Spiritus is $60 as of today but they don’t come with a TQ holder so the $75 is justified

Hello!! Have you tried esstac 5.56 Triple Daeodon Front Panel? How is it compared to this Shaw concepts? I’m torn between the two.

yoyo nice vid! Can you show some reindexing with the placard? The fact that it stays open after taking out the mag is so good

Super late to this video, but will this work with the gen 3 USMC flak?

I’ve got no idea. If it’s got clips for you to clip into (or a way to attach clips), and Velcro on the front (or a place to tie down on the bottom corners), I can’t see why not

I have micro rig that I use with my slickster. Any experience with ferro front flaps VS this? I like the concept
of this one. Been wanting to go a bit more slimline

Gustavo Cesare I haven’t personally used the Ferro, so I can’t really speak to that. However, this does have certain features not present on the Ferro, like an easy way to hold a sharpie for range stuff and a built in tourniquet holder. For the extra $5, I would jump on this. Also, they’re not a super popular company yet so they’re usually available 😉

Great review. Outstanding, love that you're humble.
Has anyone ever told you to square up and shoulder your weapon on your chest instead of armpit?
If you're wearing body armor, you want the plates to present the biggest target, because that's where you have protection.

Logan Crooks absolutely, and that’s something that I try to do, but it doesn’t always come naturally to me. I find that when I’m running static drills, I usually do it, but when running longer courses of fire, it kinda slips my mind. That’s one area that I definitely do need to improve on

When he had the Ak mags in the pouch it reminded me of a bad porno. Like a really bad porno. I can't stress enough how bad.

I'd say for sure if someone doesn't have the time or the energy to spend on seeking out and assessing the huge amount of information out there on shooting and gear then yeah classes are the easiest way to immediately identify strengths and weaknesses in shooting. Great instructors focus on self-diagnosis so that people have the tools to be able to assess what they have to improve on their own. TL;DR if you have the cash and don't want to invest the hundreds of hours it takes to find quality content on niche subjects then GET TRAINING PLEASE.
