Marshall Shorts out retainer clients have a pretty clear understanding of all we do and don’t do. We give them “prioritized service” which means we get to them quicker than our other service requests that come in. At this point we have a pretty good gauge of how many hours we need to allocate to random requests, but the bigger clients you have you realize the less random requests you get. We cover how to get those clients in the course. Maybe we will do a video on this subject
