I’ve gained about 10lbs of fat back. I looked way better. Went from 230 to 193 and now back up to 200. Just work out every day and eat healthy to stay in shape or eat junk food and drink if you want to be out of shape. It’s so simple. And that’s why I’m gaining it back 😭 😂
