I'm curious what the wraps themselves are? They look like regular wheat tortillas.

Those are raw plant-based wraps prepared in a dehydrator.

They use the Mission Brand wraps. The spinach one and the sun-dried tomato wrap. If you want 100% raw, they have a nori seaweed option. If you're ever in Atlanta, check them out.
