Great video. I sell conversational AI. It can make and receive phone call for you and sounds like a human and perfectly integrates with GHL. I can even clone voices. I built your ringless voicemails workflow and most people never listened to the messages and just called me back because they thought that they missed my call. I would have no idea why they were calling as I do a lot on my phone. So I tweaked your workflow and made it so that all of those calls are now directed to one of my AI agents. This is the perfect setup and it's getting me appointments with no effort. Thanks!
Very good. Question: when doing live cold calling, if you want to leave a prerecorded voicemail on someone else's voicemail, how do you do that? Do you wait to hear their VM kick in and then hit the saved audio file? It would be great to 1) save one's voice and 2) leave the perfect VM every time.
@@peakworkflows there could be a couple options here. One is an AI tool that personalizes VMs to a person, I think called Air? Another is to have a general one and if they don’t answer, add them to the workflow that adds the voicemail drop to save time. Does that make sense? The second wouldn’t be personalized, but I don’t think custom fields could be voicemails / audio files that would go in the right place and not be an SMS audio file.
I created a workflow so that voicemails would come into my email but I often just get the inbound call and not the actually VM. Is there a way to only get notified when someone actually leaves a VM?

Stop with the pitch already, it's getting tiresome. I've seen your same canned schpeel at a dozen GHL vids.

No need for Rev or similar apps. You can just call your own HL number, leave yourself a VM and download it and upload it where needed.
@@brandonc.1706 also true now!
I'm gonna use Rev to rerecord my voicemail. This seems way easier than recording using voice memo on Iphone
Definitely! And it will sound more like a phone recording, the regular mic is too crisp
What is the difference with using “REV” vs “GarageBand” to record my voicemail audio file?
@@sincerefox4586 really no difference if you can make sure you get the right file type and size

Yes there is! You can have a Call Status = Voicemail send you a notification in a workflow. Let me know if you need help with it!
How do access the voicemail that is left?
