✂️Today's model is a puffy skirt that has three rows, with an added trail at the last row of the skirt.✂️💜

✂️ For the lining, I used a quarter circle.🪡🦋
⭕️ If you want to increase the width of the skirt, you can use a semicircle instead of a quarter.✂️🪡 In this case, the volume of fabric consumed will increase.
✂️ Formula for obtaining the waist radius in the lining:

Waist circumference + 10 Divide by 1.5 - 2

Resulting number = radius = 62
