I did the roll and it turned out pretty decent, it was my first try to do it, very soft and tasty. I baked it for 15 minutes not 30 and I only had 1 small crack. I had chantilly from another dessert I made and I covered the roll. Thank you for the recipe It was easy to follow

When I bought this baking pan, I got a single reusable baking mat that can be washed and used again. It’s thicker than regular parchment paper, so it fits the pan perfectly. If you’re using parchment paper, try to choose a thicker one ❤️❤️❤️

No baking powder?
There’s no need for baking powder because the whipped egg whites will make the cake rise beautifully during baking ❤️❤️❤️
