I'm having a rottweiler puppy.. I don't know why this breed is not listed in powerful dog categories. This is my first dog, and the most impressive characteristic I love about him is being independent. He kept his pride and prestige. Though he loves me and affectionate about me, he never behaved like a favicol. He is keeping his value on top. I gave him full of my time, and starting from biting, potty, and other types of training, he has shown extreme intelligence. Whenever a key enters in a lock, he statrs roaring, and once u rotate the key, he will bark. Apart from this, he is not a nuisance barker. In just 5 months, he is carrying 28 kgs with impressive power.
Along with the rajapalayam you should also add other Indian dog breeds like kom bai, kanji, chippiparai which are extremely loyal, strong and powerful and most importantly extremely loyal
I have a bull mastiff/ America bulldog mix. He's 10years old now. He has been the most gentle, loving constant companion ever! He's an indoor dog as ALL dogs should be. I don't know how I will survive his death. He's had cancer a few times which isn't uncommon for his breeds. You must socialize them! 100 people the first100 days of life is a good goal. I know he would give his life protecting any of his people. He's26" @the wither and 102lbs. Beautiful, beautiful dog and best friend.

I have a Great Pyrenees and I wouldn't trade him for nothing. He is really protective of us. He's especially protective of me. I have epilepsy and when I have a seizure I would sometimes leave out of the house and Rome around outside. My kids told me he started paying attention to it now he'll block the door and everytime I wake from a seizure he would be laying right by my side with his front paws across me and he wouldn't let anybody touch me not even the kids..These dogs are great if you have kids. They are SUPER EASY TO train. I highly recommend this dog
we own a pyre he is very soft and gentle but very destructive and vociferous as all buggery... i do recommend the breed but from what ive gathered online if you walk one dont take out too far on walks short areas otherwise they will apparently become too eager to explore or run off... so if you do get one and live in the suburbs find a way to get it to stop barking exercise but dont over do it and keep a familiar small route...
Tis is a good video. There are many other powerful dogs as well. for example Kangal, fila brasiliero, Asakary Malaklisi (Turkish mastiff) , Tosa inu, boerboel, Neapolitan mastiff, cane corso, Transmontano mastiff, East European Shepherd, tornjak, presa canario, Persian Mastiff, and many others.
You omitted Cane Corso, Presa Canario, Kangal, Akita, Tosa Inu, Dogo Argentino,...but you include the Boxer? Forgive me, I love Boxers and worked with them in my youth, but they were bred for the show ring, and were beautifully disposed in character and personality. Notwithstanding, they can in no way be compared with any of the dogs I have mentioned in size, power, or aggression (when needed). I hate to be pedantic, but your list either needs to be expanded, or your short list requires a more objective re-examination. Nice job on your presentation, and thankfully, your narration wasn't AI, or if it was, it was the best I've ever witnessed. Keep up the good work.

I think the Komondor should be in a list of 20 powerful dogs. I have MS Mine helps me get up when I fall. I'm 250 pounds but he is caring and lifts me slowly so I am steady when I rise. He also protects my home and anyone in it with out being asked to. Cautious of strangers and can feel my blood pressure rise in disagreements and literally removes the person from my area. He has a big heart❤.
I had a black lab from Newfoundland huge 145 lbs no fat his back was average man hip level with his back. He was great dog he was police military trained but I kept he was trained hours a day for 2 years . This guy I would put up top as fighter. Not aggressive but good fight he would stand up and flip you over and pen with teeth at neck. Could bite right in half a cow thigh bone. Never saw a lab with that strength. He lived 17 years a total well behaved never aggressive but you give command you are protected . He was one of a kind.
Been training dogs 17 years and all animal in general over 20. The saddest thing I see is the negative rep bulldogs and pits have. The disgusted looks I get when a new mother asks what I think is the best dog for small children and families I always say the pit. They are absolutely amazing with children.
The Kangal Shepherd is a Turkish breed of dog that is known for its large size and impressive strength. With a bite force of 743 PSI, this breed is the undisputed king of the canine world when it comes to raw power. Typically used to protect against wolves, bears, and jackals in its native Turkey due to its intimidating size and capabilities as an effective guardian. "While all of these breeds are incredibly strong, the Kangal takes the top spot as the dog with the strongest bite in the world. With a force that is more than three times that of an average dog, this breed can take down prey much larger than itself. So, if you are looking for a dog that is not only powerful but also fearless, the Kangal is the breed for you!"

This is a good list. But the Alaskan Malamute should be #1. The Alaskan Malamute holds the world record for weight pulling. Delbert, a 150-pound male Malamute, pulled 5,600 pounds for 16 feet in 2019. For those unfamiliar with competition, weight pulls. Dogs start with double their body weight and pull round after round until they can pull no more. Delbert pulled for 19 rounds to reach that weight. The Alaskan Malamute is in a strength class of their own. At this same weight, pull was the #1 dog on your list, a 200-pound Tibetan Mastiff. He pulled 5,400 pounds. Delbert weighed 50 pounds less than the Mastiff.
I guessed Tibetan Mastiff for the #1 dog and I didn't cheat neither I promise..... that's a damn lie lol good stuff 4 Ever Green I have enjoyed your content since I've been a subscriber
Go online and look up "7 dogs/breeds that look like Tibetan mastiff"... There may be a UA-cam video of that content at content or with other look alike dogs but it gives the comparisons in the stats next to each other I will say though beware of the fact that they do switch the dog pictures and names a little here and there, they misnamed a picture or two And sometimes I'm not sure if the stats are under the right picture but the Tibetan stats are the same of course in each one so if they have misnamed it you should always be able to tell and quickly reference back. It was very informative and inasmuch as I would love to have a Tibetan mastiff, there are a couple of breeds that are actually a little bit easier to master with the more average consistent training .
Another powerful dog, that also makes a good family dog is the ancient Turkish, Kurdish, or Anatolian Shepherd, also know as a Turkish or Kurdish Kengal, Used often by sheep farmers are also known in the United States as Anatolian Shepherds are great family and guard dogs. However, they need good socialization and obedience training.
