Blocking CHEAT CODE to help read and close more blocks

Blockers should be playing the odds by doing something we call shuffle dedication. This is an intentional and sometimes small move that puts us in a better position to handle the most likely sets. This should be a strong and balanced move that allows you to react quickly in either direction.
