My son shaves his head because so much of his hair fell out but over the years I've given him a number of ayurvedic products and he might only do them for a week or so and then stop .
I already told him about the brahmi powder and I think I gave him some a couple years ago for the brain power but I doubt he does any of these and probably wouldn't do the bhringraj ... you can also find these in shampoos

The reason why you're saying that shatavary increases mucus is because milk i.e cows milk and any dairy products increases 'mucus'...I have mine with 'plant based milk' not cows milk. 🙏🏾
