Josh this house is so specific and eccentric, you'll never sell it for more than 9, and you know that.
Yeah this is a wasted viewing. Looks more like a trash house. Everything people didn’t want. “One man’s trash...”
Even the seller doesn't want that stuff in his next home. If it still hasn't sold, they are better served putting all of that stuff in storage and re-staging the house. There are some elements that are actually pretty nice, if they weren't so douched up. It's actually a sweet view.

God what pitiful designing. That whole interior needs to be gutted. The eye bleed in unreal here. Such a beautiful, magnificent location yet, it was completely ruined by the interior decor and design. A Giant TV in the kitchen, in such an odd place? What were they trying to achieve here? My Gosh. Josh buddy, you are still an exceptional real estate agent.
