Passing the test is a challenging and frustrating experience. I believe that it's not just about studying, but also about having God's grace to succeed.
I studied with my cousin, but she spent more time on her phone than studying. Despite this, she passed the Step 1 test while I failed. When I asked her how she did it, I found out that she received help from Mr Richard.
Frustration can be a positive sign. It indicates that the solution to your problem is close, but your current approach isn't working. You need to change your approach to achieve your goal.
Thank you so much! You got this!! I do also have videos breaking down my study routine as well as things I’d do differently looking back. Check those out too if you think they might be helpful! Thanks for the support ❤️
That’s a great question! So I’m actually planning on doing one last video on my preparation for step where I go into detail about what resources I used, how I used them, how much time I spent studying and how my test taking strategies changed during my dedicated period. One thing I can definitely say helped me was learning how to intelligently rule out incorrect choices based on “must have” information that was missing from the question stem. This was a game changer because even for questions where I was uncertain, I found a way to eliminate answer choices and then confirm that what I was left with actually made sense. Hope this helps and definitely stay tuned for my next upload for more details 😉
I have failed this 2 times and my emotions go in waves, i think passing SMLE STEP 1 is not meant for people like me 😭 😢 😕 😐 😔 💔 😭 😢 😕 😐 😔
