This video is going to be a little different, since my goal for today is to de-mystify and breakdown your Human Design chart for you, so that you don’t feel overwhelmed, and you feel confident and comfortable looking at your chart or your friends or clients’ charts, or really anyone else’s chart for the first time.
So, I decided to make a 2-part video series on “How to Read Your Human Design Chart” to help you cut through the confusion and tell you exactly what you need to know, and this is for you if you are new to Human Design or even if you’re familiar with Human Design and want to deepen your own understanding of the mechanics of the Chart. Which is why I’ll be sharing what I teach my students in my monthly LIVE workshops with you here on UA-cam for you to follow along with at your own pace.
In Part 2 of this video series, we’ll go over:
- the 3 core aspects, and really the most impactful aspects that you’ll want to understand from your Human Design Chart
- how to recognize and determine them just by looking at the BodyGraph
- what insights you can gain from them

I've been digesting HD stuff for a bit and this is the first thing I've found that actually talks about how to tell your type by 1. defined centers, 2. defined Sacral center, and 3. motor connected to the throat! Hurray Krystle!

I don't get how one can have a definite energy center, but doesn't connect to the other center. That would mean it's not activated right?... but if it's not activated then how is that center (actually) defined?
Have tried several times to get the cheat sheet link isn't sending it. Any other way I can get it?
I just recently got to know HD and I’d love to know what type I am but unfortunately I don’t know at what time I was born and my mother doesn’t remember and can’t find her maternity record.. and I guess the time of birth was essential for your own chart :/

Hi there, what do you mean by defined / not defined? And by motor connected do you mean the line / pathway that connects the areas?
Hi Aimee! Defined = coloured, while Undefined/Open = white. As for "motor connected" yes you're right! It's the coloured in line, also known as a defined channel, that connects the energy centers. Hope that clarifies! 😊
I’m an MG but have none of the 4 connected to the throat…
I am trying to understand my authority. I have mental and splenic. I am also a projector profile 6/2.
Can you explain why some authorities are considered more potent and others less? Specifically the Self projected authority
