I asked a third person if can tell any differences between right and left under eye area and both sides of my forehead. Acording to this person opinion my dry skin flakes were less visible on the side with the new concealer, but it can be coincidence and posibility that I don't have the same amount of dry spots on both sides. I'll try to observe this "fenomen" and let you know in the future video.
I'm glad it was helpful :) I'm also very cynical, I like when product defends itself, but since concealer is a part of the base I have to test it for a longer time. Maybe in the long term it improves skin condition (well Skin Realist does) or maybe it worsen it. Either way I have to know :D
I tend to prefer a lighter formula for under eye concealer. By the time you get to be my age (I'm 45), heavier and thicker concealers can be just as bad as powder at exaggerating the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles under the eyes. Unfortunately, nabla isn't the first brand targeting a concealer towards an aging makeup user with the sponge tip applicator, and I don't like them either😝
I'm not discrediting light formula. I like it myself and I started to care about my skin condition way back before I started to use makeup. Heavy formula was never welcome in my collection and if so then only for special ocassions, but never as daily use. Compared to other concealers I've tried, the "older" Nabla's concealer (Close-Up) isn't heavy, but the new one isn't enough light either. Maybe I have to test it more (which I will), maybe my skin didn't feel any difference on the test day. My forehead was superdry that day and I felt the same discomfort on both sides. I expected something as light as Skin Realist with such a dewy finish and even a relief feeling after aplication, but unfortunatelly it seems that the finish is the same as with Close-Up and the formula is only slightly lighter.
@@EwaMakeupArtist visually on your skin they seem to be virtually identical. I could note a slight difference between the two sides on your forehead, but it was barely perceptible...
Maybe it was just a weird day, maybe something new from my skin care. The first impression can only be made once, but I'm not gonna give up. I'll test it more.

You can always count on reviews of Nabla's new products on this channel :D I only wish Nabla send me my order quicker. I always received my orders shortly after the launch (2-3 days) and suddenly something has changed and I have to wait almost a week for my parcel.

I like Nabla a lot, Close-Up concealer has been my number one since I used it for the first time. If you don't like the Close-Up concealer, maybe the new one will be more suitable for you. It has different formula that's for sure, it's lighter, less creamy. On my skin I haven't seen big difference tho. Tbh sometimes I'm afraid people will think I'm trying to to suck up to some brands, especially that very rarely I have on my channel products that I can criticize. That's why I pay a lot of attention to the close-ups. With them I simply can't lie to you, because you can see everything clearly and with every detail. I'm happy you find my channel unbiased
Yeah I was getting the vibe as well that they both seem like the same formula just a little bit different. Which is such a disappointment!! I wanted something more dewy/silky.
I think it is very slightly more dewy, since the formula is lighter, more liquid and less creamy, but with my "vigorous" facial expressions concealers get inside my wringles super fast, so I always set them with powder asap and so I did it also while testing this concealer. I'll try to test it without powder and see if there is a difference in the finish. Unfortunately it doesn't have so healthy dewy finish as Skin Realist (and this is what I was hoping for).
