dell latitude 7490 no display | dell latitude not turning on fixed | [ English ]

Dell latitude 7490 no display, turn on and after few second turn off it self, all the required voltage is ok but display not cumming, how i fix this laptop watch this video.

I have this laptop. Something weird going on ...
If I leave off the bottom cover (which exposes all the electronics) and boot it up, the thing boots up flawlessly.
Conversely, if properly screw on that bottom cover, it gets a blinking yellow light.
