yea, thats what I thought it sounded like.. but I think its supposed to be another half step down in F#.. they wtote a few songs on that album in that tuning.. Thats What You Get and Misery Business for sure

I'm pretty sure Misery Business is in Drop D as well... at least, that's how I used to play it and it sounded alright.
