Don't know how to send a picture, but I made one and it's the first time making one. It turned out so cute, going to give it to my manager at work. She runs a fresh squeezed lemonade truck. It's perfect, thanks for all you do. Your videos are wonderful.
Unfortunately you can't send photos on here but if you have Facebook or Instagram you can tag me or message me @theturtletrunk ! That is such a perfect gift for a lemonade truck owner! I love that! So happy you enjoyed the tutorial!
I saw all your video's I even made carrot and lemon. .. and coconut also.. and I love it it came out great I was hoping can u made other stuf like food.. stuff
How fun.... I can stitch along... This is great... I can’t handle a pattern but I can stitch along with your great directions. And next time I get to the store I’ll pick up some white yarn and make lemon slices.... I want to make a half lemon too. Also for some thinner more string like to make some small lemons... hopefully to make smaller lemons for tie back “tassels” for my kitchen curtains. Thanks.
So happy you enjoy the tutorial Cindy! I don't have a tutorial specific to a lemon leaf, but if you check out my Apple video, you could use that leaf for your lemons! Hope that helps! Happy making!
The Turtle Trunk Thank you for the apple leaf idea. I did make a lemon last night Looks great and looks like it’s supposed to. Except.... the reduction of stitches doesn’t look as nice as the beginning. The end looks more like a colander.... any way of reducing stitches to look like the beginning end? My only idea was to do two halves and sew them together.... but, i doubt my skills of joining two halves seamlessly.... your thoughts?
The Turtle Trunk Came across this tutorial.... I think I get it...??? But in her reductions are different on rows 28+ I think her directions for after the “sc” was for a “2tog” .... looks like she skipped a stitch ant then tied two together but only going through half the stitch and not under like normal.... so confused! Here’s the one I watched... It looks better than mine with big holes on one end. ua-cam.com/video/DAFBjFlbt_I/v-deo.html
I like your more defined “nipple” end better than the Russian tutorial... I wish full translation was available. I learn better by watching a couple people... I even have my magnifying reading granny glasses on... so I can see all the stitching. Thanks for your help on my lemony project
i loved this but mine turned out huge for some reason ? lol i followed the instructions and used the same type of yarn but it turned out really big , i have no idea why
It could just be you have a looser tension that me. I tend to have tighter tension especially when making amigurumi. So you can either try to tighten up your tension or use a smaller crochet hook. Hope that helps!

Perhaps I’ll find something on your channel for making lemon leaves....

Thank you! 🍋
One of my teachers is named Mrs Lemon and she’s leaving so I’m making this for her
Oh how wonderful!
@@TheTurtleTrunk I gave it to her, she loved it so much, and she started crying and hugged me :) thank you for the tutorial

Mine did too...same size of everything and followed step by step, but turned out bigger than hers ..
I used a size 3 hook for a second lemon. It turned out smaller than my first, so changing hook size does help
@@TheTurtleTrunk yeah i have tight chrocheting also :P
I love croching
My anxiety with you holding your hook like that 📈📈📈📈📈📈
Better than Lexomil. Isn't it 😉
I got lost at round 16. 😭
Same!!! She's going way to fast!
@@celinexdesigns I think I prefer invisible decreases too, so you can’t see the stuffing.
@@anahywho3943 yes agree! I just completed mine and I didn't like the ending how it turned out my next lemon ima do decreasing instead!
@@celinexdesigns yes, because I wasn’t happy with mine either 😅
