While I hate minivans, I have to say that kids and sliding doors were a match made in heaven. You put 3 kids in the back of that wide SUV and I guarantee every car you park next to is going to have black door dings and the edges of your doors will be a rainbow of other people's paint. Older kids are better, but still.
Yes, I'd rather have the suv but minivans do have "some" advantages.

The only good thing about the ML63 is the comfort. I had a 2008 model for a while, it's a beast in a straight line :). Get Cayenne Turbo S or the boxy X5 M. You can actually have fun in them, taking corners.

I think you've sold me on the Mercedes SUV. Definitely gonna be my next experiment. I've just been avoiding it because where I live, Mercedes vehicles have a tendency to struggle with the weather and the maintenance costs quickly shoot sky high as a result. But maybe as a one year lease or something, where all maintenance costs are on the company. Something easy and relatively low-stress. Dunno if I'd actually get an AMG with that kind of deal though. Still, an ordinary Mercedes ML or GLE is still a Mercedes ML or GLE, so maybe it'll be worth a try anyway.

All though the new coolest SUV in the world is without a doubt the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio.
505 HP, 443 lb-ft of torque and a 2,9L twin turbo V6, it may not sound as impressive on paper. But it does 0-60 in 3,9 seconds. And it being an Alfa Romeo. The driving is obviously better than any other car on the market.

Love this video format! Quick and easy and you give enough information aaaannnd you show us some driving footage! Maybe you can work on the montage at the start.. cut perfectly on the music and try different views of the car, far, close, inside etc!

Alot of people would definitely buy these but maintenance is a big problem on these German cars unless it's brand new with warranty or cpo but third party warranty is basically no warranty which we pay 1500 for at used car lots in Canada so these are only for people who have no money issues to maintain it or buy brand new and let's not even get in to depreciation of these kind of cars
