  • In today's video, I am testing out a recycled foil to see how it prints.
Thanks as always for following along with my experiments. Let me know if there's a kitchen litho test you'd like to see next time!

@@valeriesyposz I know what you mean. Can't stand hearing my own on recordings. It was a nice surprise because you were sort of a mystery-phantom to me for a while...but, i figured many artists are understandably in their quiet zones so it never bothered me.

Greetings from Scotland. Always fun to experiment. At about 1 minute in, it looks like you have a shiny surface in the centre of the foil. Just curious, what made it so smooth? Also, what markers/pencils were you using? Thanks!

      Hi Lee,
Rolling the foil over water makes it stick to the plexi. And then I usually gum my borders to prevent unwanted marks. This drawing was a combination of permanent markers and grease pencil. It printed quite dark, so I might do a test with a delicate drawing and see how that goes.

Hello, your video is very good, I learned a lot. I have questions.. what liquid do you add to the draw ? What type of pencils do you use? greetings from Chile

      Thanks!
My favorite pencil is Mitsubishi Dermatograph. I also use Sharpie China Marker but it’s harder to get it to come out as desired.
      And I use regular cola.
