The reason that she is seeing an immigration judge and doesn’t have her green card yet, means there is a problem and it is because she violated one or more of our INA immigration laws. Some of the possible scenarios that I can think of being a retired immigration attorney are: 1 - she didn’t get married in time, meaning before or at the 90 days. If she exceeded the 90 days at all, she can easily be put into immigration proceedings for an over stay. 2 - she lied on her immigration application, which you swear to under oath and under penalty of perjury and it’s possible that USCIS found out that she wasn’t truthful. Being on social media opens you up to a whole bunch of people that can easily say nasty things about you and or turn you in for things you did in other countries that are Crimes, even though not a conviction, incident that otherwise might have gone unnoticed but because brought to the attention of USCIS, must now be addressed. 3 - she committed some type of criminal act / conviction outside the USA or in the USA that caused her to go into proceedings. When applying for a marital visa, you get only 1 waiver for a crime of moral turpitude, that is not a felony and ANY FELONY even FRAUD is going to be considered a BIG problem, so if she committed a felony, she automatically gets put into removal proceedings. 4- someone accused her of marriage fraud, Maybe somebody filed an affidavit with USCIS against her saying that her marriage to Brandon wasn’t real. 5 - she worked in the USA without permission. When you’re applying for a visa, you have to get permission to work. If you don’t it’s an immigration violation and it can be a very serious one IF IT IS NOT DISCLOSED so hopefully she received a work permit before she got paid for all of the work she did on the show or she was paid in her foreign country, because if she was paid in the USA that could be a crime under the immigration act. LASTLY, There’s no telling why she is in immigration proceedings but there is a problem for sure! Or she would not be there. - And you have to be able to access the immigration court files in order to see what’s going on with her and in order to do that you have to have her A #, be a registered immigration attorney with USCIS/DHS & the EOIR and have her written permission in order to obtain her A file and immigration court records. So, Look, she needs to just be honest with everyone & herself and come clean about what’s going on because she seeing an immigration judge for a reason & the five possible reasons i gave above are the ones that I usually dealt with. There are many more reasons which could lead her into immigration court, but I don’t even want to mention them here.
I just thought of another possible reason that she may be in immigration proceedings. Maybe Brandon didn’t file her application for a green card. There are two times you have to file for the green card one is for the conditional card and the second one is for the tenure card and maybe he didn’t file for either and because of that she doesn’t have any immigration status and if she for instance, left the country and then came back in and she doesn’t have status they can then put her in removal Proceedings and then she would have to prove that she had a valid marriage and apply for the visa in ImmigrationCourt so that may be what is going on. Again there’s no telling but these are just some ideas.
Yes as am l. I had my green card within a few mths of moving to USA and getting married. Not a huge fan of some places in USA as my Experience wasn't that great some ppl are arrogant and not excepting of Immigrants!!

I love them all. I am 15 mins from their home in Dinwiddie, have seen Ron & Betty at Outback and other local places. Super nice people. The drive to Brandon and Julia is about 1.5 hours so super close. It looked like a rocky start but Betty & Julia seem close which is amazing. Couldn’t be happier for the whole family… love, health, growing and happiness

If they have children that’s nice if they don’t have children that’s nice as well. You don’t know their situation so sometimes just mentioning children can be triggering to certain people (they may have been trying & suffered from miscarriages or other fertility issues) so it’s best to refrain from commenting about children. Just putting this out there
Yeah I wouldn’t mention children to couples. They’re pretty young. Maybe they want kids or maybe they don’t. But as someone with friends that have fertility issues it can be pretty rude to keep bringing up babies to people. Plus, not everyone couple wants kids. Just let them be happy and if they have kids, THEN you can say congratulations but it’s not ok to bring them up and pressure them.

Brandannwas always grown up, she knew what she was getting to and where ahe was going, a farm boy. She pressured him to mich, lucky for her he is calm and easy person. She was mean ans also to his nice parents.
Good that they cut the umbilical chord from his parents & he grew up & formed a backbone & maybe even his parents worked past their issues a bit with having a sense of ownership over their son & his life. They definitely should NOT allow the parents to move in with them. Boundaries. Many parents struggle with letting their kids go & live their own adult lives, understandably so, but his parents, Mom esp was extreme. Clearly they still struggle with this.
Breeding German shepherds for profit just pisses me off! Those poor dogs are being exploited as they are made to be breeding machines. Making the mama dog continuously be pregnant, give birth, sell her babies over & over again. Then when she’s used up, she’s discarded. Sickening! Go to a shelter and think twice about bringing more innocent babies in the world for greed! 🤬
I have two German shepherds from families who’s own dogs had puppies (I have rescued before also). I think it’s far more ethical to get puppies the old fashioned way when a family pet has a litter rather than from “breeders” who keep them in cages all day every day! I’m now in UK and adopting here is different than America. Here they are importing street dogs from 3rd world countries which does NOTHING to fix the problems in those countries, if anything they are helping places like Romania and Greece keep up their street dog problems by enabling them. I can’t support that! I adopted from shelters in America. In UK, I think if there were so many homeless dogs… why are they IMPORTING more from all around the world?! I’d support education and campaigns to change animal welfare laws in those countries but importing 3rd world street dogs is only enabling those countries to keep up their bad practices! Bleeding heart idiots in UK tbh.

So a green card is not what allows you to travel. It's a visa. They have visas that you can get while the green card is pending. I've gone through the 90 day visa process. Alot of things on show are not explained. You can even extend 90 day after marriage. You just submit documents stating why
I love them they deserve only the best! As far as leaving stuff in your car when you live on a farm in the middle of nowhere it's just natural. Then you move into the city and you forget about the creeps.
I hope everything works out fabulously for them. I started liking them after they started posting the humorous reels. They have a great sense of humor & have fun together.
A lot of this is due to them being on the family farm and starting from 0, then gradually becoming independent together. They were there together and worked their way up. I’ve seen couples who have done this last longer. They established a great bond when they had little together.
Dude was a mommy/daddy boy for too long plus his parents expected him to take over the farm but he was too scared to tell them otherwise until she came into his life, so hopefully they're doing good & moving forward in life
The parents actually talked about selling the farm to start travelling and get back into motorcycle riding. And they all were getting together very well. I really like this family. They also have funny tiktoks.

You have no idea who is coming across the border. A lot of good, hardworking people illegally cross the border to make a better life fir their families and to escape the dangers found in Mexico. If we would make immigration from Mexico quicker most could fo it legally. If you were Mexican and knew coming illegally to America could mean your children were safe and could have a better future wouldn't you do it? Treat those that are different as just what they are. You need travel documents to enter the Bahamas like any other Country. The Bahamas will take an Enhanced Driver License on closed loop travel (meaning departing/returning to same port for AMERICAN CITIZENS only (By Sea/Land, not by air). EDL's are ONLY available in the following states: Michigan Minnesota New York Vermont Washington
She’s married to American and, if she’s going from only one state to another you aren’t going to need papers! And, when, you go into another country for travel, I imagine she doesn’t need a visa if she’s married to a American, that and, the visit is brief, it’s not like they are going over there to live!

Well, the only thing I can think of is that they failed to apply to have the temporary status changed at the end of the two years, which gives the immigrant permanent residency. She obviously got the temporary visa or she wouldn’t be able to travel outside of the country. The typical process is 30 day fiancé visa, marriage, apply for spouse to become a permanent resident )this takes 18 -24 months and you cannot leave the country during this time), conditional residence granted for 2 years and within 30 days of expiration you mist apply to remove those conditions which then changes from conditional to permanent resident green card holder, after five years of permanent residency then you are eligible to apply and take the test for naturalized citizenship. If you fail to apply to remove the conditions at the end of that two years, your visa expires and you have to leave. So, I think this was a misunderstanding Or forgetfulness on their part.

I do have a question about her green card, in my experience with my ex, he couldnt travel outside America without one. Some it takes longer for, and some not so long. I do know with the virus that immigration got way behind. Its ironic how she hated working with the dogs on the farm and turning into a dog trainer. I wish them the best. I hate she is being targeted by her neighbors, there are nasty people everywhere!

You have no idea who is coming across the border. A lot of good, hardworking people illegally cross the border to make a better life fir their families and to escape the dangers found in Mexico. If we would make immigration from Mexico quicker most could fo it legally. If you were Mexican and knew coming illegally to America could mean your children were safe and could have a better future wouldn't you do it? Treat those that are different as just what they are. Human! No human is illegal. God bless

I do not understand how she can do so much traveling without a clear visa status? They are adorable, very happy for them to overcome a lot of difficulties.

The bahamas is part of the US. Don't need a passport for there.

You need travel documents to enter the Bahamas like any other Country. The Bahamas will take an Enhanced Driver License on closed loop travel (meaning departing/returning to same port for AMERICAN CITIZENS only (By Sea/Land, not by air). EDL's are ONLY available in the following states:
Michigan
Minnesota
New York
Vermont
Washington

She’s married to American and, if she’s going from only one state to another you aren’t going to need papers! And, when, you go into another country for travel, I imagine she doesn’t need a visa if she’s married to a American, that and, the visit is brief, it’s not like they are going over there to live!

True. With visas, you can leave for brief periods. Too much and you lose all the time you accumulated.

Well, the only thing I can think of is that they failed to apply to have the temporary status changed at the end of the two years, which gives the immigrant permanent residency. She obviously got the temporary visa or she wouldn’t be able to travel outside of the country.
The typical process is 30 day fiancé visa, marriage, apply for spouse to become a permanent resident )this takes 18 -24 months and you cannot leave the country during this time), conditional residence granted for 2 years and within 30 days of expiration you mist apply to remove those conditions which then changes from conditional to permanent resident green card holder, after five years of permanent residency then you are eligible to apply and take the test for naturalized citizenship.
If you fail to apply to remove the conditions at the end of that two years, your visa expires and you have to leave. So, I think this was a misunderstanding Or forgetfulness on their part.
DUH dont ever leave anything in plain view in your car!!!!

I'm glad they're still together. Why on earth did Julia leave her purse, with all her important documents, in her CAR unattended?!?! Not smart. I think it would be extremely foolish to havr his parents live with them. EXTREMELY FOOLISH!!!

I do have a question about her green card, in my experience with my ex, he couldnt travel outside America without one. Some it takes longer for, and some not so long. I do know with the virus that immigration got way behind. Its ironic how she hated working with the dogs on the farm and turning into a dog trainer. I wish them the best. I hate she is being targeted by her neighbors, there are nasty people everywhere!
I always felt sorry for her picking up horse & pig shit while his creepy parents laugh like hyenas at anything. Her husband seems a lot more feminine than she is, which is quite weird.
I hope they are saving money and not just spending it. I am glad they are making their marriage work.

Her immigration statusis not at risk just because her passport is expired. She is married to a US citizen and their marriage is legit. I bet she's already had the passport renewed.
It's not her passport,it's her visa that's the issue.
