Not really from a scary game but I have a vivid memory of when I played Twilight Princess when I was a kid. It's the one scene with Dark Link that had creepy music. I don't remember much but I do remember that there was a close up on Link's face with no pupils in eyes and he screamed in terror for a few seconds then silence. I remember I just had to stop playing and take a couple days off after that
