good episode. agree if possible 2br in ocr will be better than 1 br in ccr. 2 reasons: 1) 2b2b easier to exit 2) in case he gets married and have a kid, at least the 2b2b can tong for sometime, before he upgrade to 3b2b. 3) ocr more schools, more amenities. in property "mobility" and "exit options" are very important. 2b2b sure win.
