Hi Sam. I just went to AMAZON to look up this Himirror because it looks like a really great product and I have been looking for a makeup mirror for a LONG TIME!! Well. I was super SHOCKED and DISAPPOINTED by the absolutely HORRIBLE REVIEWS that this got. I almost bought it directly from the Himirror site, but something told me to look on Amazon. Some companies tend to only post the positive reviews their products get and Amazon is a great place to check for the other than spectacular ones, if there are any. Out of all the reviews posted on Amazon, 29% were 1star reviews with another 20% being 2 and 3 star reviews!! People were pretty much complaining about the mirror glitching upon startup and just not working properly. ALOT of people were super frustrated. One person returned hers because of the glitching and got another and it did the exact same thing. I'm really disappointed because it looks fabulous, but I refuse to put my money out for a product that is only going to bring me frustration and buyer's remorse. What a bummer!!!!! I really wanted this.
Just saw this comment and wanted to pop in here and say I recommend taking negative tech reviews with a grain of salt!! I've worked in customer service for a tech product and let me tell you, most of the negative reviews we got were from people using the product incorrectly or not contacting customer support for help troubleshooting. I'm really distrustful of Amazon reviews after working that job lol
@champshayn I'd be more apt to agree with you, if it were only one or two or even ten, but there were an overabundance of reviews, all complaining about the same issues, whatever glitching is, every low star review complained about it. There were several people that returned the item, got a new one and had the exact same issues. I'm just not interested in buying a product with such poor performance reviews and I am not going to spend $157.00 (CAD) with the shipping and VAT included in that price to "HOPE" that I get one of the ones that works properly. I am glad that I did check Amazon though because the Himirror site had no negative reviews. Come to think of it, I saw no reviews at all, but then again, I didn't look for them after visiting Amazon.

Takes out all the guess work of deciding what products would be best for you. I would have to get over my fear of mirrors, seeing my face would be hard not to cringe. Kind of when you accidentally flip your phone around when the camera is on. I love the dual sides to follow tutorials and not get distracted with all the other things on your computer or pad. Will definitely put this on my wish list. Thank you for taking the time to show us this today. I went to the page to look at it and was excited to see it can be linked up with Alexa and other music apps.
Wow that is so cool! I can’t believe all the features. I especially like how you can keep track of the products you use and their expiration dates. The face analysis is nice too. Is there a way to close the mirror and still have the lights on every time I turn the lights on and close it they turn off. Also have you been able to use google duo ok it. My video works but the microphone won’t work.
I have the HiMirror mini and I do enjoy it but I struggle to figure out the features on it, thank you so much for your tips! Also-don't be scared if in the middle of the night it turns itself on. I have had it happen a few times and about peed my pants! Unless mine is haunted I think it must be doing an update or something!

I love my Riki ❤️ Riki mirror. It's great for travels and does"t need to be plugged in.. However This has way more features and costs way less. Very interesting.

The Slide slides out to become 2 pieces, the Mini is all on one screen and while you can still watch UA-cam, etc, its minimized instead of being on a separate screen
i think it depends on what you're really looking for ... i use this nearly daily for the youtube part while getting ready so I really like the videos to have more screen!

What an awesome tool ... but they forgot a minimum 5x to 10x magnification for us ladies with older eyes who can't do makeup without removing glasses ... then cannot see without magnification!

This mirror only goes up to 3x magnification, so sadly it is not user friendly for people over 50.
