I was introduced to The Struts music a few months ago by my brother in law. I like them so much that I talk them up every chance I get. I also saw them live in Destin, FL. The single best live club show I've ever seen in my 60 years! I've e en been hearing them on radio now.

06:15 Kiss This
18:20 Could Have Been Me
27:05 Where Did She Go
SOMEONE GIVE THIS MAN A MEDAL.
I love that the interviewer seemed genuinely interested in the band and the questions he asked weren't the same repetitive stuff. I appreciate that! 😊
We feel the musicians deserve it. They put everything into their music, how is that not interesting? Thanks for watching!
The Struts are gonna go down as one of the greatest bands ever.
well it's now 10/29/19 and i doubt it's gonna happen
@@lamper2 Right. The problem is, while it's good music, it's really nothing new.
@@YTOnceAgain well is pretty fresh then whats on mainstream radio.
Totally
I still think so 👏🏼👏🏼🤘🏼
Unspoiled and unaffected by their fame.... nice bunch of guys and funny too. Good to see.
It is very refreshing.
I really enjoyed this interview. Luke has such charisma when he speaks. The acoustic versions of their songs were so good!!!
This interviewer is the boss. Smart articulate questions..let's the artist answer without interrupting. Great job, well done.
🗣The Boss Jon Hart
I have seen The Struts 2 times in the past year as they were opening for the Foo Fighters. They got both the arenas loud and dancing within 2 songs. Luke is an AMAZING front man but you can't deny the talent of all the other guys. Adam is a beast on the guitar and is a great songwriter as well. I can't wait for them to come anywhere near here so I can see them again! Thanks for playing them! I wish more stations would start. Also this interview was awesome
Cheerio! That session went down a treat, and if you get to see them again, well, Bob's your uncle!!
I adore this band since discovering them on the Victoria Secret Fashion show...have their cds now...They are awesome and I have tickets to see them in Charlotte soon. Keep the CDS coming because I love the songwriting, style, vocals, look, everything.
Totally obsessed with these guys!!!
Magnetic music and personalities for sure!

The stools. Oh my days I nearly spat all over my laptop. Dammit Spiller.
haha Glad you held it in!
Love how down to earth they are!! Can't wait to see them on september
LOVE this band. 🤘
thank to Amrerican got talent I discover this group when they sang with Courtney Hadwind... I cant stop watching them now!!
There ya’ go .. 3 classics by a great band (Spiller is a genius & a good grounded man)!
To quote Townshend …. “Long Live Rock - be it dead or alive!!”
Love The Struts!!! Luke's work on Man On The Rocks just shows his pure dedication and raw talent!
Angela DePoy that was amazing! We can compare them to others but they are original.
i can watch luke talking all day
Where'd She Go? is probably my favorite struts song.
Nogi same chodzą nie myślałam że jeszcze coś jest w stanie mną tak potrząsnąć a mam już trochę lat ten zespół to petarda włączyłam tak z ciekawości i co i szał 👍👏🤗😘💝
My new favorite band♥️♥️♥️
Love the look Luke! Funky cool! You did great in the interview! Humble and articulate...you guys are going places! 😊👍❤️❤️
LOVE LOVE LOVE The Struts...seen and met them twice in Nashville TN....
Absolutely incredible as always! I swear that you all just get better and better with time! Luke, you are utterly spellbinding..you're voice is precious. I just love you all tremendously
Great ,underated (in UK as were Def Leppard) Top Band .
If you don't know the struts, you should!❤
This band is fabulous! Saw Luke on The Beach Boys tribute. Had heard about the band from a Queen fan page and I’ve been od’g on all their interviews and you tube videos. I will see them live on their ‘23 tour and can’t wait!! They deserve a lot of support!! Hope they fly high after being with the Stones and others.
they are the best!!!
If you get the chance to see them live you have to take it - I've seen them twice now and on both occasions I was blown away. Great interview and interviewer.
Well thank you. Jon Hart is the best, and we love The Struts! Even acoustically, the performance sounds so full of energy!
Luke's voice cracks give me life
haha live-giving voice cracks. quite the accomplishment.
@@909thebridge tis what makes him so talented
I can't believe how much good music 🎶 on UA-cam of late... finally!!!
freaking AMAZING
I love them so much.
This band is the real deal , so refreshing in every way and from Derbyshire near me , Fantastic 👍
These guys are GREAT!!!!
Amooooo!!😍❤
kiss this theese guys r good
Sounds amazing and great video work :) \m/
Thanks! Such a fun session!
Great Band!
Gotta love The Struts.
The Stools...lmao. I love this band.
Great interview, Jon Hart! Very nice, relaxed atmosphere. So glad you mentioned QUEEN!! And, Freddie, of course! It's quite hard to ignore Freddie's influence, which seems to me, the most impressive. I wish Luke had elaborated on that more, but whatev. We all know who he emulates the most. Just look at his style, musically, as well as sartorially. Mick Jagger could only Wish to have a voice like Luke's. Not to mention Freddie's Amazing 4 octave brilliance. Plus Zandra Rhodes made Luke a top exactly like the one for Freddie, only in a diff color. So, I wish he would embrace Freddie's influence more passionately. Queen Rocks!!
That host, his voice sounds just like Bruce Campbell.
Starts in 6:10
why weren't questions directed more to the other members? the guy next to Luke looks annoyed that he's not being asked anything.
Queencidence
Joan Jett on vocals.
Mottahead freddy
Last song reminds me of a Ronnie Lane type song.
You guys are FAR better than the stones if I do say so myself.
I wouldn't go that far but I'd say they are a huge influence on the struts and are pretty similar, the struts are a bit more upbeat and glamorous. But the stones are the originals man.
Aric Kittle off fuck off! They are good and may one day become great, and one of the best bands ever; but to say they are better than the Stones is just fucking stupid!
He’s like LPs brother...
"From demmrrshyer" is by far the weirdest way I've heard someone mispronounce Derbyshire
I love the struts, but I feel like they're , or at least Luke, gonna get too full of themselves. I don't think Adam will from what I've seen of his personality but, I don't know just a guess. Doesn't make the music any less great tho! Rock on man :)
Should be called "Posers"..lol
Good one. Pause. Not.
These girls have absolutely no talent. They are just trying to sound like a mishmash of other bands and it suks.
Every band ever has tried to sound like a mix of their favorite bands. That’s what makes new sounds. The Struts are a combination of everyone they love just like Zeppelin was a combo of their favorites blues artists and added their own twist to make it their own. To say that a mish mash of sound is “posing” makes you utterly misled. Possibly a little stupid.
@@raven5679 na,,they just have no originality, so they have to pose as other musicians.
Do you even hear yourself? They’re not a tribute act. Luke’s not going around singing Start Me Up and saying he’s Mick Jagger. They wear their influences on their sleeve and you can hear who they love. But sure. Continue with your close-minded opinion. All I’m saying is, I’d rather have these guys as “posers” than some “original” pop artist making the same formulated, canned garbage that’s been coming out for the past 10 years
Please take off your shades. So rude.
Everyone knows accessories complete the outfit!
I'm in 3 bands myself playing all over Europe, and in my opinion, manners come first ;) Ego can be the last thing.
You are familiar with the Struts whole persona right? Not disagreeing with your gentleman take, but thats kind of their thing. To each his own. Thanks for watching!
How is that rude.. it’s his image and his stage presence. It’s not like he’s talking to the queen with shades of his gfs mom with shades.. people need to get over it and losses up a bit
