Simple Chicken biryani recipe indian Style Chicken biryani recipe චිකන් බිරියානි ඉංදියන් ක්‍රමයට
ආයුබෝවන් යාලුවනේ රසම රස ඉංදියන් බිරියානි බත් එකක් හදන හැටි ඉතා සරලව වීඩියෝවකින් ඔයාලට ගෙනාවා.ගොඩක් දේවල් අවශ්‍ය නැහැ ඔයාල හැමෝටම කෑමට සුදුසු ක්‍රමයට හැදුවා මෙම ඉංදියන් චිකන් බිරියානි
ඔයාලත් හදල රස බලන්න.
තවත් රම රස බත් වර්ග පහතින් සදහන් කරන්නම් එයින් නරඹන්න පුලුවනි.
ingredients ;
1 kg chicken,
3 cups of basmati rice,
1 carrot,
2 potatoes,
3 tablespoons ofbutter,
2 tablespoons of olive oil,
3 onions
, 1 tomato,
1 cup of chopped coriander leaves,
1 cup of chopped mint leaves,
2 tablespoons of garam masala or biryani
powder.
, salt to taste,
3 bay leaves,
5 piece of cardamom,
2 cloves,
5 cardamoms,
a little saffron,
2 yogurt
grated ginger 1 tbsp
1 tbsp grated garlic
2 tbsp of vinegar
4 green chill

කොත්මල්ලි කොල කෝප්ප 1
මින්ට් කොල කෝප්ප 1
ගරම් මසාලා හෝ බිරියානි පව්ඩර් මේස 2 හැදි 2
,රසය අනුව ලුනු
, බේලිව්ස් 3
,කරැදුපොතු කෑල්ලක්
,කරබු නැටි 2
කරදමුංගු 5
සෆ්රාන් ටිකක්
යෝගට් 2
අමු මිරිස් කරල් 4
ගාගත් ඉගුරැ මෙස හැදි 1
ගාගත් සුදුලූනු මේස හැදි 1
සුදු විනාකිරි මේස හැදි 1

ඇත්තටම ගොඩාක් රසවත් බත් එකක් නංගියේ. මේ සඳහා එක්කල අමුද්‍රව්‍ය වලට අනුව ගුණාත්මක බවින් පරිපූර්ණ වන අතර, සෑදූ ක්‍රමය අනුව ඉතාම රසවත් බත් එකක් බව විශ්වාසයි. අනික, ඔයා රැගෙන එන මෙවැනි රසවත් රෙසිපි අපේ රටේ උනත් විශේෂ අවස්ථාවලට ගොඩාක් උචිතයි. ඇස පිනවන වර්ණයෙන් යුක්ත නිසා කෑම මේසයට වඩාත් අලංකාරයක් ලබාදේවි. ඔයාට පින් මේ සිදු කරන සත් කාර්‍ය්යට . ස්තූතියි නංගිට මේ වටිනා දැනුවත් කිරීම වෙනුවෙන් . තෙරුවන් සරණයි ඔයාට. පරිස්සමෙන් සතුටෙන් ඉන්න නංගියේ හැමදාම. ප්‍රාර්ථනා කරනවා නිදුක් නිරෝගී සුවදායි සුන්දර රාත්‍රියක් ඔයාට. 🙏🙏💐💐💐💗💗💗💗👍👍
