Is there any interference in adaptations with your accessory work interfering with the adaptations of a primary lift? Ex: after sub maximal and high volume bench( with specific progression in mind), I do a set of chest Flys to failure. Provided below MRV

Assuming the volume is appropriate, this will only increase the hypertrophic effect, which down the line will help your bench. A bigger chest is a stronger chest. It won’t effect the neural, skill side of things, so no downside.
