57:12 that was his 4th belch 👏👏❤️❤️‼️ I’m lying in bed watching your video and my daughter is beside me. I appreciate his belching because it shows my kid I’m not that gross. We all do it. Some of us do it more then others, yes I am one of them too.
When RP popped up in my feed for who knows why and I didn't know them, I can't even remember why I checked it out, but Mike's charisma pulled me in. But that wasn't the reason I started watching more, it was the brutal honesty, the scientific approach I'm familiar with and respect and trust. That is, not overselling things, acknowledging what you don't know or what doesn't have a very rigid scientific base, what is likely true based on experience but can't guarantee it, not offering one size fits all but teaching how to apply concepts. It baffles me, because I was completely out of training world, I had tried a couple of times to start consistent training, that the hypertrophy training concepts of RP weren't the basic knowledge and ideas of training world and science. That they're just some years old, basically pioneered by these guys. It warrants huge respect, because everything they say lines up with rational approach when thinking about it and also the empiric, anecdotal personal experiences. It sounded so simple and obvious that I couldn't fathom it wasn't widely known and accepted approach in the training world, I thought everybody but me already knew about it if they knew anything about training. Basically I thought I was dumb to not have came to those conclusions by myself. I think that speaks for how brilliant the concept is. If it's simple, it works well and you ask why you didn't realize it yourself given that you had roughly the same world to observe. But holy heck, eating stomach full before bed has always been a sure way for me to wake up in maybe 3 hours to sweating and just feeling bloated. But on the other hand it's a good way to drop out quickly initially. I feel like the lack of compassionate touch on someone who desires it is more impactful than experiencing compassionate touch.
BUUURP!!! Excuse me....nice to see you having more Americans on the podcast again, Steve!! Hahah you guys knocked it out of the park again as usual. There is always this thing of irony with your podcasts. I got crap sleep last night so this one is perfect!! Thank you!!
Do you think, without an alarm, waking up when we wake up is a good gauge for how much sleep we need? I figure our body will wake up when we're fully recovered or is that overkill
I'd like to think that this is the case, however, nowadays we're often not able to sleep in an environment, that may be replicating a normal circadian rhythm so I don't know really :/ I'd assume waking up naturally is better than with an alarm, however, if you're waking up naturally due to some other sound, temperature, etc. I don't if there's any difference then - Pascal
Didn't Chris b release info about max voluntary activation being higher in small volume muscles therefore biceps should be trained less not more. Which would be the opposite of the claim in this vid.
These guys don't know about Gokshura and Ashwagandha, wow !! .What a let down, i thought they were experts :-P. i will go and give myself a compassionate tug after this .
Yet another gold podcast keep them coming
As long as the people demand, we will deliver
