1. do not connect your earbuds for any device(mobile phone)
2.touch 6 times continuously your left or right earbud ( not both earbuds)

@@thanut4288 the way it works for me is by not having either earbuds connected to a device but have both of them switched on and then tap the right ear bud 3 times but on the third tap leave your finger on the earbud and an English voice should say "English language selected" through the earbud, hope it works for you as well
