Two of the best voices in 2024. Real music still exists
This woman's soulful voice aches my yearning heart...and accents just how truly empty Taylor Swift and other contemporaries really are. This woman is up there with Townes Van Zandt and Blaze Foley. I too play Appalachian style music. Some kids are beginning to come alert to the old style gold that still ghosts around hollers, kitchens and barn doors. Courtney, you and your ensemble "twerk" my soul. Thank you.

Courtney...I can not get this song out of my head! It plays in my mind all day long. There are some songs that you hear, and you think....I wish I had written that one! Well, this is one of them. I love it and your voice so much...your style of guitar playing has really spurred me on to pull my guitar out and 're-learn' ...I have all your videos in my favourites...and also the recordings as 'A Southern Gospel Revival' too.
Those recordings are absolutely priceless!!! I wish I could talk with you about singing my gospel songs with the SGR...
When the main stream Execs of country music hears the name Courtney Patton, they all think of & respect her song writing abilities as "Top Shelf". While saying that with honor, it is still somewhat of an understatement. I feel the biggest disappointment of the executives & producers is that most, have not given her the credit for her angelic voice! She transcends female vocalist for the 100 years. This Lady has it going on!
I love how these girls do uncut, unedited music without dubs and do overs. Live music.

Pure musical beauty....
This is the best version by far of Courtney’s song. The one on her album is a slower tempo and has too much steel guitar and it drowns out her beautiful voice.
