I love this video. I was in a panic this morning because I am doing my nieces babyshower tomorrow, and when my balloons came in from Amazon, they were the wrong color, so I decided to do the clouds for the base after watching your video. Lifesaver! I am almost done. You made it easy. Thanks❤
Hi, I'm Kim. Thanks soooooo much for this video. I'm learning and wanting to get into the business of balloon design. I'm new to everything! How tio twist inflate, coloring, pricing, etc., and you shared all of that! I'll continue to watch to learn more. Thanks for teaching.
Thank you so much people want something nice but cheap. They love ❤️ the balloons but don’t want to pay 💰 the price what is worth our time . Thanks you again
There will always be people who appreciate your work and efforts and will pay for them 😉, unfortunately that's not the case with everyone and you can't take it personal 😉
Thank you soooo much for your in detail video as well as the price breakdown and how to price. This is so helpful, you have no idea. We have a small business in South Africa (3 Broke Girls pe), and are so scared to price on certain things to not scare the client. But you are so right - People pay for convenience. Thank you again. So happy I found your page. May your business continue to prosper as you help others.
I did an arrangement for someone that wasn’t as intricate as this but I charged 25 for each and after materials and time realized I basically did it for free. I would charge at least 40 each for the one I did going forward so 85 is definitely reasonably priced.
I’m actually doing this for My Son and His Wife. I’m throwing their Baby Shower and was Looking for Teddy Bears for a Balloon Centerpiece but didn’t want to spend $100. I just May though. Thanks !!!!!
I would've charged way less because where I live or even if I lived in the US. folks just don't want to pay, simply because they're balloons. but your break down was perfect. it is a business even if it's your hustle not your full time business. it's still a business and all businesses should make a profit. awesome work from you and your husband.
I would have charged $65 before the price breakdown that you did. But I think that making sure to profit is the most important lesson here. Thank you for this video! I am starting a balloon business and your videos have been very helpful. I live in Illinois.
This video was very helpful. Thank you for the breakdown, I would have definitely charge $50 for this centerpiece but now I know that I should charge more.
These are such adorable centerpieces!! I recently bought a balloon air compressor to start a little business like this. I also collect those bears, they are the Bearington Bear Collection, I display them for many holidays!!
Thanks for the tutorial. I loved the colors. I have about 2 months to do a DIY baby shower. Out of the 8 people that I contacted to plan my event, only one person called me back. Wish me luck!☺️
My Grandson is expecting his first child and the gender reveal is the 25th of June (2023). I am going to try to do this arrangement (in a slightly smaller version) as the centerpiece for the treat table... which I am also making! Plus I will be doing a Bobo hot air Ballon that will hold my gift! Wish me luck this will be my first attempt at a centerpiece arrangement. Your video was so helpful! Thank you!
I have to do these for my sister's shower and I bought the teddy bears in bulk off of Amazon. I got about 12 bears for a little over 100 dollars but I will say that you have to know your area for pricing. I have seen so many people price low because they are new. Charge your worth. Love the tutorial. I'm going to go binge your other videos. 🤣
I find your work is very beautiful and exquisite. Love your energy . I’m new to your channel. I’m really not interested in starting a business. I come from large corporations industry. Omg I would have charged $50 and would have even thought it was high. Hahahah. But I'm sure I wouldn't have made any profit. But after watching your videos and price breakdown, it totally makes sense to make the most profit you are comfortable with and worth your time. clients that know your work and worth will definitely pay for it. Thanks again for all you do. You are truly a game changer and wonderful mentor in this business. God bless your work 💖💖🙏
Great work on the centerpieces! I appreciate the breakdown of the pricing for your clients. Your price is great and more affordable for centerpieces you will gain more business.
Thank you for the breakdown!! I'm new at this and still learning and because I don't know, I was thinking $50 a centerpiece but the breakdown helped me realize what I was missing. Also, what was the name of the balloon glue that you prefer. I couldn't make out the complete name. Thanks!

These centerpieces are exactly what I want to make for my daughter’s baby shower in a few months. What size teddy bears did you use? These are soooo cute!
Thanks for your video it was so helpful In so many ways, especially breaking down the cost and charging accordingly, also the step by step assembly of the centerpieces. Thanks
This is exactly what I was searching for. I’m throwing a baby shower and wanted to learn how to do this. But I’m wondering, how long do the balloons stay inflated? I wanted to do this a day or two ahead of the party but don’t know if they’ll stay inflated.
A day or two ahead is perfectly fine as long as they are indoors in a temp-controlled room 😉 If they oxidize and you don't like the matte look, then use Balloon Shine 😉
Hi Alex!! I would also charge $85. I’m running a business on balloons. In the beginning I would of charge much less then $85. However I don’t want to only sell it for material cost. I also have to make profit!!
I was told to multiply your material cost X 3 to get your purchase price. In this case $160 material cost X 3 = $480 which = $96 per arrangement this is pretty close to your pricing. Depending on the clients budget I usually do 2.5 to 3 when multiplying this gives me a price range of $80 - $96
Muchas gracias Gina! 🥰 El stick es de 22" y se compran en lugares donde venden arreglos de flores para bodas, tambien a veces los ofrecen los proveedores de globos 🫶🏼🫶🏼

When something like this happens, give the client an alternative based on their budget. Don't let go of the client simply because they have one thing in mind and they "can't pay" what it costs. Offer them something based on what they "can pay" 😉
Give them alternatives based on what they "can" pay. For example, you make remove the bear, or make it smaller or simply another arrangement that is not as time consuming, etc...
Hello. I was wondering have you ever had a problem with gluing the balloon stand to the tile with hot glue? I tried to do one a while ago and I had a glass plate, and hot glue on it was not working it kept detaching.

Because I’m so dumb and I just don’t know how much to charge I have charged $20 the most for the centerpiece with out the bear since the client said she would buy the bears. Ugh I need to grow some 🥚🥚 and start learning to change more.
The Lamp Stands would be much better as far a sturdy goes and also with them you could make each center piece a little taller or shorter for a little difference and the Cloud design will cover the base - Just my opinion.. Also you would not need all the Glue and the tiles and the Cups etc. They look very cute and lovely but they are very wobbly.
We learn everyday! Take this as a learning experience because you’ll see the amount of work that goes into this and then you will be more confident to charge more 😁 Please send me a DM on IG when you make them 🙏🏻 can’t wait to see it !
