Awesome design buddy 👍 great job 👌. That's a lot of work. The hardest part for me is finding and peeling the sections after the black is on. Especially since I just spray with a spray can. With an airbrush you are much more precise so you don't spray everything. Think that's much easyer to find the next sections. You almost have a body for every engine now. Very nice!!! Great vid again 👊
Thank you Kings! And you are right, peeling the mask is the most difficult part, also boring. The whole process takes a lot of time but still very simple as i dont do crazy airbrush effects. Still need a ultimate bodyshell! 😄
@@TastyBRC exactly, a lot of time. And you need to be very precise. You can do awesome effects with a airbrush. Nice shading. Looking forward to see that on the Ultimate bodyshell 😅
Looks good But when the blue light dots reflected it made me think how cool it would have looked if that was painted in like that. It also made me think how cool It would be to leave a couple of clear sections in the paint and tape an led light strip inside the bodyshell .
So sick I have no problem building rc drift bodies but man I’m so hesitant to paint my new truggy body I don’t wanna do a basic scheme with this one but also don’t want to not be happy with it trying to go all out
@@TastyBRC Salut Tasty 😉 oui je suis très intéressé mais comme tout travail mérite salaire je te paie. il faudrait qu'on se contact par mail. Tu as le miens en description sur ma chaine. En tout cas merci pour la proposition 👌
Is the Faskolor paint better that the Proline airbrush paint? I tried the Proline and it scratches off incredibly early and never really hardens like the Tamiya PS rattlecan paint. It's really a shame because I would much rather use my airbrush.
I never tried proline paint, faskolor is very good, most be diluted but the quality is good. Sadly it is more and more difficult to find, it is likely that it is no longer manufactured
Awsome work! I got questions ;) 1. I've been using Parmas Fasmask, but now the store has started to sell Bittydesigns Liquid mask instead. And I'm having a lot more trouble when peeling it away. In the video you don't seem to have the same problem. I apply 3-4 coats using a paint brush (after I've cleaned the body with water and dish soap). And tips? 2. What size needle do you use on your airbrush you apply the paint with? 3. I find that the paint thats applied with an airbrush (Fascolor) is not as enduring as paint applied from a spray can. Do you seal your paint in some whay when you're done?
Thank you 👍 I also use fasmask, but i think that they went out of business so when i run out of fasmask ill try bitty mask. If you are having issues when peeling the mask just add more layers, the thicker is your mask the easier it will be to peel... For the details, .38 and for large surfaces .66, but most times i need to dilute the paint, i use hobbynox or createx reducer And yes airbrush acrylic paint is not as enduring as spary can paint, so i seal it with spray can withe! I apply a thick layer of spray can withe and protect it with Fiberglass Foil Tape wich will make your bodyshell last much longer, like shoe goo and fiberglass tape, but its much cheaper and easier to apply
This happened to me in the past mainly because of too thin a layer of liquid mask. Another reason would be the body not properly degreased. What brand of liquid mask do you use?
Hang about just one second there!! Tge one thing I’ve always been told is to keep polycarbonate and brake cleaner as far away from each other as is possible. Dont know if it’s the chlorinated or the non-chlorinated that you need, which I know, is a massive help to everyone…… I’ll get my coat.
This one is not chlorinated but honestly I never paid attention to that before, I always get the cheaper one, no matter the brand. Keep polycarbonate far from acetone but brake cleaner is not a problem
Nicely done, cheers 👍
Thank you!
Amazing work bro very impressive job 🤜👍

Fantastic job...where do you get your own decals made or how do you do that? Thanks
Thank you! The custom stickers come from Donuts rc .com 👍👍👍
@@TastyBRC awesome thanks for replying
@@TastyBRC that didn't show up 😆 but donuts-racing did. Got it
Hello. what brand of liquid mask do you use? Thank you for the video. impressive work. very clean.
Thnak you! I use bitty design liquide mask, It takes a long time to dry but works well.
i never thought it was done like that!😦
Really!? Its very simple, just need a lot of patience!

It would be to leave a couple of clear sections in the paint and tape an led light strip inside the bodyshell .
! Thats an idea !!😮😮 Should be awsome!
My questions is, after the first spray how do you see the lines you drew through the body?
The lines look like scratches in the paint, you can see them clearly
So sick I have no problem building rc drift bodies but man I’m so hesitant to paint my new truggy body I don’t wanna do a basic scheme with this one but also don’t want to not be happy with it trying to go all out
Thank yoy! I am currently working on a truggy body for my hobao, the bigger the body the easier the paint job!

What brand of airbrush do you use?
Paasche
Nice
Thanks!
When I cut the mask it just peels off every time

Do you sell bodies you’ve painted?
No, I dont, this is not pro paintjob.. just for fun!
faskolor STILL EXIST!?
Not anymore, sadly. This is my old stock
