I fried a couple pieces of fish Saturday night similarly. I can't remember the last time I done it. Usually I'll broil or grill some salmon. Happened to have a white fish. Wish I'd seen this. I was so hung up on frying and tasting it I ended up eating the fish by itself. Tasted great though. I'm trying that recipe sometime later this week.
