I like this one. Do sheetrock and different cabinets and I'd take it! Great base price too. Not everyone can afford the more expensive models. And renting is miserable and expensive! Thanks Nate!
Hi Nate, love this one. I would change the desk area to a pantry, and remove the tub in the master bedroom, and add a large linen closet. I would also tile the shower and add a bench.❤❤❤
I usually really don't like the board and batten, but I've realised that if the home is really nice I don't notice it too much. I like this home. I like the removable shower head in both bathrooms and the door in the shortest hallway, it shuts off any noise from tv etc if the kids are in bed. I saw a comment saying that they would want stackable washer and dryer where the desk is and use the utility room as storage. I think that would be a great idea. I'd have the bed on the wall opposite the window and a set of drawers where the chair is. I think they've tried to stick too much in there. I like the way they have put the little settees in the living room. It gives enough room to walk round and the living room area doesn't look too cramped. Lovely kitchen. Overall really nice.
Personally, I would want a stackable washer and dryer where the built in desk is, and I would use the utility room as a large closet. I would also want to change the back facing windows in the living room to a sliding glass door.
This is one of the nicest singlewides I've ever seen. They made good use of the space. I like the door that closes off the guestrooms. The hall desk would be my office. They managed to fit a nice tub in the master suite, and the closet is a good size. Where did they put the water heater? This is an excellent bargain for the price. 👍
I would like this better as a 2 bed 2 bath. The front bedroom could be the pantry I need, lol. I cant get past the exterior color but the price is nice. Great tour though, thanks Nate!
What a great price! The desk area would make a great freezer space. I would rather have just a larger tiled shower in the master. And just add some tile work behind the stove/sink area in the kitchen.
Take the tub out of the master and put in a bigger walk in shower that's tiled , add sheet rock walls and white kitchen cabinets and put the vents in the ceiling and make it an 18×80 that way the bedrooms are a little bigger.
I like that set up. Take out the closet in the larger guest room and turn the smaller into a large closet, and you have two master suites. One gets a bigger bath, one a larger closet. Very interesting
I was shocked the kitchen is nicely laid out, I think I would opt for a larger island instead of a small island and maybe a cafe style table for eating plus I need a French door fridge and that desk is where my freezer and pantry goes, master bath the toilet and sink need to switch places to allow wheel chair access to the tub and a tile shower the closet needs a pocket door instead of a house door, the entrance to the other bedrooms is new so no good or bad vibe to it but nice for being different. I do believe I would want 8 foot ceilings so I would want ceiling fans in all the rooms and living space and vents in the ceilings. I would pay a little more for those features and add sheetrock throughout the home would make it SOLD.
The tub/shower combo and shower unit need at least a upgrade to a one piece unit for both. These two piece units have much more chance of water intrusion.
Get rid of the desk area and make that a much needed Pantry with a counter to one side with more drawers below. So see the drawers in the "Desk" leave them but put shelves all the way across the top and all the way down the left side, now you have a much more needed feature than this waste of space.
Next time, if you can, you should mute the TV or even turn it off. It was a little hard to focus on what you were saying with the extra talking, and it was super loud. or you could consider doing a voice over that way you not using this audio with the background noise in it just something to think about Final note is I watch a lot of your videos, and I noticed that sometimes it’s really dark. For example in the Master Bedroom, I would’ve went ahead and turned the hanging rod so that the blinds would’ve been open to let a lot of light in. Even in the guestroom, the walls are dark. The room is little it would look so much better if you open the blinds.
Not one of my favorites, there are others that I like better. For one the stove is to far away from the frige, that to me is a big no for cooking and I like to cook. The desk area I would make into a small pantry are, even if its aways from the kitchen.
I like the door in the hall!

This is a decent single wide, bells and whistles extra. Thanks for showing it.

Great ideas!
Good idea 👍

Do this in tape and texture, change the outside color, and it would be really nice for a single wide.
Pretty frontroom and kitchen and island l like the decor in the front room. It makes the room cozy

Slanted Living Room! 🙂😃😁
I love it and I would love to have sheet rock and back splash.

I had the same idea about removing the tub as I would prefer a larger walk-in shower.
Where's the pantry? Iwould prefer the vents in the ceiling. I like the living room furniture. Nice places overall.
Super nice!!

I lie it except for the colors. In master bedroom ut have a garen tub n shower combo, so there'd be room for a big linen closet.

Put linen cabinets above the tub
Cabinets above the washer and dryer

I couldn't find the remote to mute it.

I live real close to Arrowhead, the Chiefs stadium! Go, Chiefs!!
I hate the cluttered way they staged the living rm and trying to look past that which is hard.
That's about as cheap as you can get.
Not impressed
It's cheap but that's it.
I don't care for this at all.
U mentioned outlets earlier with furniture 🪑 placement u could ve just unplugged the tv 📺
