This is a realistic install of what most normal people do to install one. Just not everyone videos the whole thing. All the pain in the butt parts are edited out. First time I did mine today and it was a pain. I’ve done my share of working on cars. It’s just in a tight spot. I don’t see the need to 2 screws and especially star ones that are in the worst place. Once I found the right tools it went pretty good. I got the most generic car quest filter and there is not arrow for air flow so I don’t think it really matters. My car has been smelling musty from the vents for a while and the dirty filter definitely showed that. Appreciate the video.
