To me that periwinkle looks like a very light indigo towards the low end of the spectrum (towards violet) so I think it wouldn't be wrong to call it blurple, but I would just call it periwinkle like you!

I wasn't feeling this collection at all, but you make a good point about using it for nail art. I doubt I'll reconsider, though

Yeah at the end of the day they are cremes and other brands have the same colors for much less! I do think the Milky White Shimmer is something special tho
