I am 18 year old and i have a neurological disorder which left my legs paralyzed in 2020, I also suffer from chronic migraines and i want to share my experiance, and show how I use bullet journalling to help me. I also recently been diagnosed with ADHD !

Hi beautiful hoa 💖 hope your feeling a bit better! I cried with joy seeing your hand move 😭we hoped & prayed for that! We both thought it could be a trapped nerve,it's may 4th so I hope your dads operation went ok,it's good in a way you got 3 weeks in rehab! It gives your dad a chance to recover from his operation & gives your mum so much needed respite! You don't have to say sorry for how your feeling in your video's,people follow you for you & everything that's happening in your life! To get your fingers moving is still amazing news! But I hope you can update us on why you felt like crap & if you have recovered from it as it's been a couple of weeks since you recorded it & your probably in rehab now! I have a funeral to go to on the 17th may for my family member so it's nice having your video's to take my mind off of it,i mainly only look out for your video's on you tube at the moment! Good luck at rehab & sending you lots of love & healing vibes ❤️❤️❤️

Well done on the progress when I had private physio on my back I end up paralysed for 18 days so know exactly how feel. So glad you got function for a bit hope this progresses

@@hoaslife I did temporarily but for past 7 years had FND sand loose feeling from neck down intermittently. Most days ok in house super short distances use two crutches and long need wheelchair and if do too much I start spasm uncontrollably. Fatigue is a big one for me most days need a nap to get through day. Had psychological for 3 years every two weeks but it is so frustrating that once body says no to something ie try to walk a bit it stops and no matter what do they will not move
