Thank you Nancy for another useful video! 🥰 You mentioned that beach area of Iberostar Paraiso del Mar is rocky. What about beach area of Iberostar Paraiso Grand? Is it rocky as well?
For La carte limit, does it only applies for those la carte where it need reservation? I believe only Teppanyaki place require reservation starting from summer of 2024
@@JaeyouLee-d2n I believe you're right! 😊 They just rebranded last month and made a few changes along with the name. A good one is that your a la cartes are no longer limited and you have access to all of the Iberostar Beach restaurants too. They did up the prices but I guess we can't have it all. Lol
I prefer Beach but it comes down to price for me and which suite upgrades are available. The beach is fairly open to most everyone. (You can't use the Grand beach areas.) The other resorts within the complex are not open to guests of Beach and Del Mar. Keep an eye on pricing. I have seen Maya come in at less than Beach every now and again. The pricing really fluctuates! 😊
Is the water from the refill water stations filtered? I had a bad experience last year at cape verde 😢 and Im kinda scared it happens again 😵💫 about food and water...
Yes it is filtered from the refill stations. I am prone to stomach issues from water and I never had an issue. I make sure to not use the tap water for anything, including brushing my teeth just in case.
Over the past couple of years, sometimes they check us and more often they don't. They are seriously ramping up enforcement going into the holiday travel season. Just fyi.
It is an all-inclusive resort so basically that means that for each night you book, everyone in your room can enjoy a la carte restaurants (with reservations) and buffets, activities, drinks and snacks. All day & All Included in the nightly rate. Hope that helps. 😊 Oh! I just heard that del Mar can also visit Iberostar Beach restaurants. Double check the website and look at the details under "gastronomy" and you will see it. ☺️
This was my very first all inclusive resort about 20 years ago and it was the most bougieriffic experience that pretty much ruined all other AI for me there after. 😂
Yes, it is a sad and TERRIBLE thing. They have found tainted alcohol in many countries. My heart goes out to the families this has affected everywhere -Mexico, Dominican, Costa Rica, Brasil, Indonesia and more.
It really does depend on your context and experience. It is a much less expensive resort. Your experience is almost always relative to what you pay. I found it to be a good bang for your buck. We didn't find the staff unfriendly and I'm really sorry that you did. I don't blame you. Bad service can really ruin a vacation.
Well done. Was there 17 years ago and heading again in 3 weeks. Thanks for the refresher.
Have a great trip!
Very thorough and informative, thank you!!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you 😊

Grand is not too bad at all. Definitely the nicest beach area. We found a nice beach entry area to be between the Grand and Maya near the kayak hut.
@@newtravelescapes thank a lot Nancy:)
Прекрасный отель!!! Отдыхали в 2021 - до сих пор воспоминания не уходят!!! Спасибо большое вам за отдых!!!❤️❤️❤️
Thank you very much for your kind words. I'm glad to hear you had a wonderful vacation! ❤️😊

"Boujee-riffic" I love it! 😂
😁
Which do you prefer beach or Delmar? Can you use the beach and loungers att the other Iberostar like Lindo?

Assumed you used the Cancun Airport. Did they check you for Visitax payment proof?

Nancy, pool and beach areas gorgeous but they look so empty :) When you filmed this video - early morning?
Very early. 😊 We try and keep people (especially kiddos) out of the videos for privacy as much as we can.
@@newtravelescapes nice:)
So you can book an al acarte reservation and eat free depending on how many nights you’re staying?

We also stayed at the hotel 4 weeks ago. Very nice hotel. Very beautiful country. Take a look at our video
Will do! Thanks for sharing ☺️

I hear ya! It is a good one for the price point. Try Maya sometime. It is pretty special too 😊
Haven’t your no heard about the teens that drowned there😟😱

Never would stay at this Iberostar or any in Mexico after Abbey Conners death. Rest in peace & thoughts with her family
That was horrible! I believe there were also cases of tainted alcohol in the Dominican Republic and Costa Rica a few years back.
My personal opinion is Iberostar is not good at all. Bad customer service and unfriendly staff.
