In this show i think of zsasz as the hero and jim as the villain. Sometimes zsasz just makes sense and he does what he has to do. While jim keeps doing stuff he likes and think is right which causes more problems and damage. Jim is an annoying character and seld centered but zsasz is funny and sassy he's fun.
If Agent 47 and Deadpool had a baby, it would definitely be this guy lol. Awesome character ! My top 5 for sure: 1)Riddler 2)Jerome 3)Zsasz 4)Penguin 5)Tigress
