I love that you still used/showed/ate the buns even after you burnt them. You're a real one for that! And it just goes to show that everyone makes mistakes in the kitchen, even pro chefs (though personally, I cannot eat the burnt part, so I usually cut it off, but if it's toast then it's easy to scrape it off). These looked so good and easy; I'll be keeping them in mind for a future family get-together --thanks!!

Ok question. Why bother salting the raw chicken if the marinade and dredge also has salt? Plus the blue cheese and sauce is salted? Overkill no? Delicious overkill no doubt❤ 🫠 but a lot of this salt can be cut for folk on restricted diets.
I was going to ask the same thing. now I can go ahead and mention some of those buns in the beginning shot- they looked a little torched which is surprising being she's paid a boatload of money to be taught how to cook. I figure it's the Superbowl and she's hammered on both aspects so we'll let this one slide cause she mentions this. 😅 also, why not just the blue cheese and cream right into the food processor? why it go in a glass bowl first? do it gotta proof in there or something?
