I know this is a year old. But thx guys for the tours !!! I look at the websites / ads for all of these. It’s nice to see actual tours. My husband and I are in our early 60s. I’m trying to get him to consider a nice fifth wheel for tiny home living in our retirement years. A bunkhouse would be wonderful still for holidays/family visits. Love your videos and seeing your family ❤

We just got our hands on a reflection travel trailer! We needed the extra room in the truck box for work tools, and the kids still got a spacious bunkhouse! You can't go wrong with grand design!

Great video. Ya'll make great points for both fifth wheel and travel trailer. We have owned both, but when my mom reached her mid to late 80's and was still traveling with us we went back to the travel trailer because of the level floor. My mom traveled with us into her 90's.

Those big ones are permanent park homes, not ones I would haul around, but that's just me. Thanks for the review. Nice to see what the 1% are running around in.

We've gone from a starter Keystone Passport TT to a large Rockwood 8327SS TT to almost buying a GD 351M toy hauler, (then sold our bike) to our new 5th wheel, 2021 Prime Time Crusader 382MBH (same layout as yours) and absolutely love this coach! IMO, if you have a toy to haul around then your buying a toy hauler lol, but if you don't and want to get into camping buy a TT, get used to how things work (because all campers basically work the same) and fully anticipate making the jump to a 5th wheel lol. The room they create is so much better, the ease of packing up is less stressful and will say from experience, tow a lot better. I know this 5th wheel has made our camping so much better, less stressful and less work. Great video!
I love the tours! I also love the cleaner lines that are going into Grand Designs these days. No carpet, less heavy trim, more thought to full time living. We are hoping to be able to attend a show early next year and can't wait to see some of these models in person.
Show are great fun. You can find layouts that work for you, ask questions...everything.

We had a toy hauler with a deck and no toys. Loved it! People would ask us what kind of toys we hauled and we would say “LEGOs”

In the 2910BH it is not a u dinette. The “small” seat is a storage bench that pulls out to make seating on the kitchen side of the table. Ask how I know? We got one in June from Cookville RV! We can sit 6 around the table when we take our grandkids. Love your videos. Have fun on your travels!
We ordered a 2910BH and impatiently awaiting it's arrival. We love the floorplan, we compared to several 5th wheels like the 278BH but just love the pros of the 2910BH better even if the 5th wheel would tow easier. Glad you are enjoying yours 🙂

I had a 25 ft Alpenlite fithwheel and it had a wide open bathroom between the living and twin beds. You get a much larger area to do your business and mine had a bathtub shower, so I used it to hose down my hunting dogs. The walk through is not new, but still a great idea and I like them.
We were looking at the Momentum 30G Travel Trailer. I think it fits us best for our needs.

I love RV tours! I have a fifth wheel and I'm not in the market for a new one, but I love touring new RVs. I also enjoy walking through new model homes! My husband doesn't like it when I do because that means I'm puttin' him to work with my list of projects 🤭
He's also threatened to delete my Pinterest app. 😁

Very exciting.
We got the 278BH in May and love it. The only thing I wish it had was a larger fridge. I am seriously considering changing out the propane fridge for a 12v compressor fridge because a 10.7 cu ft will fit in the same space.
I love a good RV tour almost as much as Marissa. Grand Design does a pretty good job!

I love our 2600rb, but I also love looking at different RV's or ways of camping. I was blessed with early retirement, hopefully my husband will retire in five to eight years. Then we can travel for months at a time. For that we might want a slightly larger rig, but would still like to keep it around 30 to 32 feet. Thank you for showing different options. You, and Finding Our Someday are our favorite youtubers, so I especially love when we see you together.

We bought our TT last year and it was between Grand Design & Rockwood. We ended up with the Rockwood simply because we felt we got more upgrades for the money. But Grand Designs are awesome campers that I would still recommend. If I was still trying to choose between GD or Rockwood and then saw this video of the two of you, we my have ended up with a Grand Design......lol. Love your energy

Our 2250 RK has the back bedroom with full width bath and we really like it for the reasons you noted. lots more room in the living area that is separate if someone is sleeping.
My favorite Toy Hauler 5th Wheel is the Grand Design Momentum 353G... I was hoping you were going to run into that one on your tour

The back seat of the U dinette comes out and can be used as a ottoman and also opens up and has storage space inside. we use ours at the other end of the table when eating and then slide it over to the couch area for an ottoman it has never been behind the table since we picked up our camper
So neat to see all these new RV layouts. We also love when the layout is more conversational like you said. Haha, those cookies have maybe been around since 1999... 😜

Get what the vehicle you currently have can pull. As for the floor plan, get what will get your 'job' done.
I can't say that I'm a fan of the interior colors they're putting in RVs now, but then again I've already bought mine and it has a maple interior. That said there were some really innovative ideas in some of those rigs. Keep the good stuff coming guys.
Sandra Westley uk, still very dark inside, we don’t do dark over here, we like light and airy makes it looking more spacious. We don’t do dark seating either, cannot get over all the dark dark stuff, would not appeal at all, I like there size but we couldn’t have that over here, the roads are too small.

That 5th wheel you said maybe F150, but anyone thinking that should watch Big Truck Big RV's youtube channel, because even though manufacturers like to call some of these 1/2 ton towable, they are not!
Agreed. You need to understand payload before you decide to pull something with a half ton. Some can, but most are white knuckle driving. We have the 247BH. It’s 30ft long and a 7k GVWR. We pull it with a 3/4 ton which pulls great and leaves us plenty of payload. That 251BH should NOT be pulled with an F150 especially with slide outs.

I'm a bit leary of 101" wide travel trailers/5th wheels, because I've found myself in many very narrow lanes, especially in construction zones, in my 96" wide travel trailer!
I pull a 53ft long 102 wide van for a living. You get used to the narrower lanes after awhile

I like a lot of these and especially like having the space in the back where there are ways to do many things with that little space. I wondered whether you would consider doing an episode on small van RV’s just to see what is offered. Blessings and Be Well and Be Safe..
Yes we are willing to tour any RV, it's just getting with the dealer or the manufacturer. 😃
We pick Travel trailer, one reason, if our truck breaks down and has to be worked on and it takes a week or more, We can just rent a 3/4 ton and still tow our trailer!

I love touring new RV we own a grand design and love it. We are considering a larger truck and a fifth wheel.
Another plus of the toy hauler is the ramp entrance. I use a walker or wheelchair and climbing up steps isn't possible.

Great video, good info. However, with the size of some of those fifth wheels, a better comparison might be a fifth wheel vs a Class A - - cost, size, weight, sleeping/storage capacity, etc.
More murphy beds, conversational living rooms, and shorter lengths!

I noticed with all these beautiful RVs not one showing of the inside of the oven! I've only been able to use our oven 1 time since 2019,,,and that would be important if we were to upgrade. Thanks for showing these campers. Gale Flowers

I figured as much, but am I the only one who desires a bigger oven? Maybe you guys could put in the idea that Grand Design could come up with a better option since they are really making great strides to improve their product; I know you don't work for them, but technically ya'll did a great job in showing their line of RVs!
